How Soon Will I Receive My Order?
Since each portrait is 100% Hand Painted / 100% Hand Drawn and Personalised, the total delivery time is made up of the following steps:
Processing:
1 Day
100% Hand Painted/Hand Drawn Portrait Creation:
2 -10 Working Days. Depending on how busy I am. “Expedited” (Jump-the-Queue Option Available) at a small additional cost.
Delivery Time:
1 to 5 Working Days (Depending On Shipping Method & Country)
Artwork Creation:
As I aim to send you a Wip (Work in Progress) of your 100% Hand Painted / Hand Drawn Personalised Portrait within 1-5 Working Days and the email of your finished Personalised Portrait in 2-10 Working days after placing your order, however this may vary during holidays or busy periods. I also offer an option to ‘jump the queue’ and receive your proof within 7 days – these orders will be prioritised ahead of others. However this may include a small fee.
As mentioned I’ll send all proofs to the email address used during checkout so be sure to keep an eye on your emails to make sure you don’t miss it when it arrives.
Please Note: If I do not hear from you within 5 days after sending your proof, I will automatically approve and send your 100% Hand Painted Personalised Custom Portrait on your behalf.
Sealing Of Your Portrait:
If everything is OK with the artwork the next step is for the Watercolour Canvas to be sealed and treated so it does not crack, peel or fade over time. As well as the Pencil Canvas so it does not fade or smudge over time. Which needs to be sent to a specialist company as part of the service I offer for FREE as obviously I do not have the specialised chemicals or application equipment at my home (around 2 working days). Which Is included in the timeframe mentioned above. Once this has been completed I will send your portrait out to you (3-5 working days), including sending you the tracking number once I have it..

A0 Canvas Only is NOT FREE DELIVERY as All courier companies view this size a freight, additional £40 postage.
Excludes weekends and public holidays. The estimated delivery times are estimates based on recent deliveries and shall not be seen as a 110% guaranteed delivery timeframe, but I will do my hardest to deliver on time.
Physical Artwork USA, Canada & Australia: May take longer due to Customs & Excise and item being held for security check such as criminals activities, suspected terrorists, illegal drugs or weapons trafficking, money laundering etc, I’m not responsible for delays due to customs, but usually from start to delivery is around 10-15 working days.
Customs Duties, Fees and Taxes :
For certain countries where international shipment is necessary then customs duties, fees and taxes may be apply. These charges will be the responsibility of the customer to pay i’m afraid.
Returned and Incorrectly Addressed Orders :
Once you have previewed your portrait and you’re 110% satisfied with the end result. I will mention in the same correspondence if the delivery address is correct just to double check. As I do understand and in my experience most gifts are for Friends and Family, who may not live in the same town as you or even the same country.
In the event that the shipping address provided is wrong or incomplete resulting in the shipment being returned to sender, then I’m afraid to say I do reserve the right to charge a re-shipping fee depending upon parcel size, As i think this is only fair.
Lost Shipments :
In the event that the parcel appears to be lost please contact me immediately and within 7 days. If it is confirmed as lost then a refund of the full purchase price will need to be resolve with the Royal Mail Claim Centre.

Yes, I send all my clients a preview beforehand to make sure you’re 110% happy with your portrait.
For the best results I would need a “High Resolution” photo. A photo that has been taken say at a wedding by a professional photographer. Or the original photo you have taken via your mobile phone as now a days the picture quality is fantastic via these devices.
High resolution allows me to see the tiniest details down to each eyelash and makes for an amazingly detailed recreation!
Including this if possible the picture should not be blurred I can only recreate what I can see. If I can not see the detailing I can not recreate it !
No, adding words or text is free.
You do, I hold no copyright or contractual rights on any of the artwork that I recreate for my clients, they will be your property to keep and enjoy.
All canvases will be treated so they do not crack, peel or fade over time. Which is included *FREE* as part of my service I offer and needs to be sent to a specialist company my end as obviously I do not hold these specialised chemicals or application equipment in my home, average lead time 1-2 days.
Never use any chemical cleaners to clean your canvas.
You can gently wipe the dust off with a clean, soft, dry cloth.
Heavy traffic areas :
Gently wipe dust off with a lightly dampened clean cloth.
Do not rub the canvas too hard or continuously in the same areas because you could damage the protective coating and the paint.

Due to the nature of my personalised portrait and the nature if the items themselves I do not except cancelations but I can exchange I’e from Watercolour Portrait – Pencil Portrait. However that being said please see my Refunds & Return Policies for more information.
